We'd heard raves about you from friends in the area and never for a moment considered working with anyone else. From the beginning, you were our handholder, mentor, guru and friend. You combined warmth, compassion and good humor with total professionalism and a meticulous attention to detail.

You got us into a house before it even came on the market. You  anticipated every possible obstacle that could arise in our transaction, so that potential problems were solved before we were even aware of their existence. You appealed to the seller's sense of  fairness to come up with compromises that worked for us and for them. I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you from all of us in the Peters Clan for the terrific job you did helping us find our home in South Pasadena.  We all love our new home on Indiana Avenue very much, and our old house has become a distant memory more quickly than any of us could have imagined.

However, when we came to you last year our situation was far different.  My wife Deborah was eight-months pregnant then, our two other children were 7 and 3, and we were trying to move from out-of-the area to a house big enough to hold our growing family.  We had spent an unfruitful six-months with another broker, and were starting to believe the possibility of the moving to South Pasadena was beyond us.  The only enjoyable constant for us during this difficult time was seeing you most Sundays at one of your open houses. 

That´s when we decided to make one last attempt to find a home in South Pasadena by hiring you.

And that was the best decision we ever made.  You were an inspiring advocate, saying things like, "3; it´s a tough market but you guys need a really great home, and I know we´ll find one"!  Well guess what, within six-weeks you had us in contract on our Indiana Avenue home and no matter what came up during inspections, or with any other escrow concern, you expedited the process flawlessly.

Now we have a great home, in a great city, and many of our friends want to know how it all came together for us.  Since they all lived the ups and downs with us through the initial search, I just cut to the chase and tell them:  It never would have happened without Carol.

We are two very happy owners of a new home in South Pasadena and we would like to credit Carol Majors for doing literally everything to make sure we got what we wanted.
